The playground near the hotel was a hit!
For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly dining options nearby.

The apartment was clean and the location was favourable. Appreciated the smooth check-in too. Bonus points for a handy kitchenette. The building was nice. Affable and great stuff, they gave nice tips.

I had my studio, well equipped for a fair price.

Great for families - there were plenty of activities for the kids to enjoy, including a playground and a children's pool. They had a blast running around and playing while my wife and I relaxed nearby. The family-friendly atmosphere made our stay truly memorable.
For dads, it would be great to have more family-friendly dining options on-site.

Rooms are very small and quite noisey.

I found this accomodation to be very safe and in a nice area of the city, in a walkable distance from the city centre. We chose these flats because of their price.
I found that the flat did not have all the neccessary items - no bin, cups, brush. Having stayed in this company's flats in Antwerp I was a little disappointed.

This hotel is good.but there was some problems that i mentioned in the below.
1--There is nobody to answer the guests that came from other countries.i arrived tired with many bags and they told me you must go to another place to take key and i didnt know the place and i have to take taxi and it put extra money for me..in every hotel the office is inside of the hotel.so this one was not good.2-the other problem is .the speed of internet was low and the only way that we could inform our family is through internet ,but it was cut frequently and the speed was low.the telephone didnt work too.

I liked so much to have a kitchen in the room! It is very interesting, because you can save a lot of money by make your own breakfast, launch and dinner. It is very usefull if you have some financial limitation. And have a privative bathroom is very practical. I liked this hotel!
The internet service was very poor. The wireless sinal was very poor and brook every time! We have paied to have the faster internet and it was really fast, but the sinal is the same: poor and fail a lot!! It was really a problem, because we need the internet!!

I had a great stay at Budget Flats in Leuven. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and right in the city center. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including a kitchenette and a large fridge. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they were quick to resolve any issues I had. The price was also very affordable, especially compared to staying in a hotel. I was very satisfied with my experience at Budget Flats.
The only downside was that there was no parking available at the hotel. However, I was able to find free on-street parking nearby during certain hours.

It is just in perfect location, the room was spacious and clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
I hated the internet service. It was unbelievably slow!!! I really do not understand, we paid like 5 euro per day, which in all makes some 50 euros, I think that for that money we would deserve better service. And after we downloaded 3 g, it was terminated completely, and we had even slower internet. Also water is heated in boiler, which was so small, that we had to take shower really fast.

The room was not cleaned during our stay. We payed 20 euros for checking- in after 10am. In the price does not include breakfast (costs 10 euros per person per day). And we payed 150 euros per night. So the value for money is really bad!!!!!

The garden and overall ambiance of the place was really nice. It provided a pleasant and relaxing environment during my city break. Additionally, the rooms were bigger and cleaner than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. Another advantage was the friendly staff who were helpful and accommodating.
There were a few negative aspects of my stay. the bathroom was not in the best condition, with the shower and toilet seat falling apart.
